Refund policy
SHIPPING
Order processing takes 72 hours, and delivery typically occurs within 7-10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. However, once the order has been processed, no cancellations are permitted.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Exceptions to the return policy:
Certain items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable ebooks
• Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase without first contacting customer service.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return a product, please contact our customer service.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
